A comfortable and well-equipped cottage with hot tub surrounded by the gorgeous countryside of North Norfolk
Set within its own garden and orchard, the three-bedroom cottage is a beguiling mixture of old-fashioned country comforts and bang up-to-date modern amenities. Comfortably sleeping five, it's ideal for a family, with a master bedroom on the ground floor, along with a well-appointed kitchen and an open-plan living and dining space with a Smart TV. There's a shower room downstairs next to the main bedroom, and patio doors lead off the bedroom to the garden, where there's seating and a barbecue – and your very own hot tub! Meanwhile, there are two further bedrooms upstairs – a twin and a single, each with lovely countryside views. There's good WiFi throughout and the cottage is pet-friendly.
Apple Tree Cottage would make a nice place to stay even if it was in the middle of nowhere, and once you've settled in you may find it a hard place to leave. However, you're also well placed to enjoy the many and various delights of Northwest Norfolk, with multiple country walks available from your door, and the beaches at Heacham, Hunstanton and Brancaster just a short car ride away. You could also drive to the RSPB reserve at Snettisham, 10 minutes away, and the royal residence at Sandringham isn't much further, while good pubs and restaurants abound. The cottage also has its own EV charger, so those with electric vehicles can power up their car while they sleep!

Apple Tree Cottage has 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom downstairs and upstairs a twin room and single room. There is Wifi throughout the cottage, Sky and Netflix. a nespresso coffee machine and lots of sachets of coffee, tea, sugar and nespresso capsules.A bath sheet towel and hand towel are provided for each customer and there is body wash and conditioner in the shower, hand soap by the basin and washing up liquid by the kitchen sink with dishwasher and washing machine capsules in the cupboard under the sink.
We have croquet to play outside plus of course the hot tub. Situated on the patio - just outside the patio doors leading off the master bedroom is a very private hot tub where you can relax and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets.
We have an EV charging point included for your use too.
Suitable For
The property is ideal for families of up to 3 children and also works for up to 5 adults. We allow one or two dogs and provide dog beds, blankets and treats. There are great walks from the door.Nearby

Gorgeous, private, Norfolk cottage, set back on it's own with views and footpaths leading off. Enclosed garden area, electric car charging point, hot tub, bbq, patio, outdoor seating. Inside is a well equipped kitchen, living/dining area with TV, sky and netflix plus fibre WiFi. Shower room and master bedroom with it's own TV. Upstairs is a twin room and single bedroom.

Beautiful
Five of us stayed here for three nights with two dogs and the space was perfect. Hottub has a lovely sunset view, there is a wonderful windmill/ bakery/ mill experience a half n
hour walk away (3 minute drive) and the house was so lovely and clean. Definitely would stay again and I think the price was extremely reasonable.
We'll be returning!

This cottage is a real gem in a very quiet location with some fabulous walks and amazing views.
The cottage was spotless and the Hot-tub was the icing on the cake.

Thoroughly recommend
Apple Tree Cottage was perfect for our three night stay! As a family of five (including three teenagers and two dogs) we immediately felt right at home in this well appointed and privately situated cottage.
The peaceful surroundings and location allowed us to both relax but also get out to places when we wanted.
Hot tub was great, WiFi was strong throughout (teenagers were worried) and the quality of the fittings and appliances was excellent. I’d thoroughly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
The host was responsive and very helpful and left some lovely treats for us upon arrival which was most appreciated!
All in all we had a wonderful stay at this gem of a property!
Would come back in a heartbeat
This was such a lovely, remote cottage with plenty of wildlife and stunning views. Elly was such a helpful host, she was always polite and responsive whenever we messaged her. The cottage looks exactly like the photos, with a welcoming entrance and beautiful interior. Honestly, I would come back in a heartbeat and I defiantly will be returning in the near future
Amazing stay
Had an amazing stay for a couple of nights at short notice. Elly was very accommodating, friendly and responsive and was quick to answer any queries etc. Loved the cottage, facilities and location and very cosy in very cold weather. Some lovely treats left for us and the kids too. A highlight was seeing a barn owl in the back fields whilst out walking. Am already thinking about a return trip in warmer weather to explore the area further and visit the windmill when it is open!

Lovely few days away, house was very clean and had everything we needed. Hot tub is a great place to relax and unwind at the end of the day whilst taking in the view. Elly was always on hand to answer any questions, would definitely recommend.
Loved the hot tub!
Wonderful treats when we arrived, just what we needed with our tea after the long journey. The cottage is beautiful and very well-equipped. The hosts are very helpful and on hand if you have any issues (we didn't). The board games and sky television came in handy on Saturday as the weather wasn't the best so spent the day indoors. The best part of our stay was the hot tub.
