We stayed at 1 The Strand for half term in May, two families of four with 2 boisterous boys and two teenage girls. We had a fantastic time; not only did we have all sorts of home comforts - great beds, well equipped kitchen, roomy lounge with a play station (for the rainy days!) there was even a piano too! We loved sitting on the balcony watching the action on the water with a gin & tonic and will definitely book this fabulous place again. The location is perfect to get onto the water and also for the shops & restaurants and the owners have double glazed it all so even though you're in the hub of all the action, it is actually really quiet. A real find.
