Situated at the heart of beautiful Honeybridge Estate, deep in the leafy West Sussex countryside, this charming and picturesque three-bed cottage sleeps up to five adults and five children in a super-comfortable holiday home that mixes old-fashioned comfort with high-end facilities. It's a traditional-style cottage, with exposed oak beams and an exterior swathed by roses, yet the interior is full of natural light, with bright decor and furnishings.
There are three rental properties on the estate – the others are
The House and
The Barn – and they can be rented individually or as an ensemble. The cottage sits close to The House and is similarly well-equipped and with no-expense-spared fixtures and fittings that lift this from what's a very comfortable holiday cottage to something much more special, with Smart TVs, Sonos speakers and luxurious bedrooms. There's a living and dining area with a cosy Inglenook fireplace, a country-style kitchen with a separate seating area, and an outside terrace with a barbecue and hot tub. As for the spacious, beamed bedrooms, each has its own character. The Garden is large and airy and, has lovely views of the grounds, and comes with a super-king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom; The Orchard – also super-king-size – has a double sofa bed as well, double-aspect views of the orchard and an en-suite toilet; while Bluebell has twin beds overlooking the woodland. There's a shared shower room and toilet, too.
And then there's the estate itself, with gorgeous grounds and lots of opportunities for sporting activities: an all-weather tennis court, football and basketball nets, and even a cricket pitch and croquet lawn. You can fish or swim in the pretty lake, make use of the estate's well-equipped games room (snooker, table football, board games and puzzles), or just lie back and enjoy the gardens in a perfectly positioned hammock. It's a blissful place to stay, and you may not want to leave, but if you do, you should know there are plenty of attractions in the surrounding countryside to keep you occupied.

What a fabulous Estate this is!
What a fabulous Estate this is! How lucky we are to find it. Full of
magical nooks and glorious grounds. We have swum in the lake, played tennis, zip wired
and had a truly wonderful time. From the moment we came through the gate at the bottom of
the drive we knew we had found a truly special place. We are already looking forward to our
next visit. Thank you to all the team for creating this sanctuary.

Stunning spot
What a find the Cottage has been for grabbing a marvellous week
away for my husbands recovery after a 2 nd in the 50 mile ultra run race of the South Downs
Way. Honeybridge has been fantastic, the tennis courts, zipwire, games and hot tub have all
been well used! A stunning spot, a warm welcome and a very comfortable stay. Hoping we
can make it back one day!

Lovely trip, hope to come again
Lovely spacious cottage, amazing fireplace. I stayed for my
birthday with my two nieces, mum and our dogs. Dogs and people loved swimming in the
lake and paddle boarding. Zip wire and grounds were good fun for us all. There were so
many thought full extras, lovely welcome hamper, treats bowls and towel for the dogs, flip
flops to use to go in and out, nice toiletries just so many great little touches to make you
comfortable and special. Thank you for a lovely trip, hope to come again.
