Step inside the one-level property and you'll find a light-laden space, where the lounge, dining area and well-kitted-out kitchen flow seamlessly into each other. A pair of cosy bedrooms (a king and a double), a contemporary bathroom with a bath/shower, and a WC complete the interior picture. Meanwhile, outside, there's a sun-trap courtyard surrounded by plants, with ample seating from which to enjoy a coffee, or an evening drink while gazing at the Dark Skies.
Out and about, just a short drive away, check out historic Arundel with its castle, the rolling South Downs for walking and biking, and the fabulous West Sussex coastline.
