This immaculately kept, rurally located B&B is handy both for pottering around Chichester Harbour or the nearby coast, or just exploring the South Downs. Wviews across quiet farmland with the South Downs in the distance, it's just 10 minutes from Chichester and even less from the closest beach. Not only that: guests have their own parking space and their own entrance, with a private patch of garden, making it perfect for those looking for a bit more privacy than offers by the average B&B.
Two of the five rooms are situated in a converted flint and stone chapel dating from 1611 but they have ample modern comforts, and the iron and oak décor is nicely in keeping with the ecclesiastical quirkiness of the building. The other three rooms are across the garden, one in a separate cottage, the others within the main house. Breakfast, served the house, features organic and local ingredients, all very much in key with the business’s impressive green credentials and the owners can also provide supper trays if given 24 hours’ notice. All the rooms have tea and coffee making facilities biscuits, Freeview TVs, and a small fridge.
As for the location, you're just 5 minutes away from the closets beach and only a couple of miles from Bognor Regis train station so it's possible to leave your car at home.
