Located in a snazzy part of central London, with Sloane Square and trendy King's Road both a 5-minute walk away and just 10 minutes from Chelsea Bridge, this classy spot is part of Cubitt House and home to a gastropub with four rooms upstairs. Featuring king size beds, en-suites, DAB alarm radios, iPod docking stations and flat screens, not to mention attractive neighbourhood vistas, the neutrally toned bedrooms are contemporary and comfy.

After a busy day seeing the sights London – the likes of Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Harrods, the Houses of Parliament and Battersea Park are all close by – pull up a pew back at the pub and sup on a craft beer or a glass of vino and peruse the modern European menu featuring dishes such as pan-roasted chicken with forestiere potatoes and rosemary jus or whiskey cured beef with charcoal mayonnaise and salsify, alongside more casual options like wood-fired pizzas.
