The mini bookstore chain Daunt has a couple of branches in Hampstead – one across the road from Belsize Park station, and this one on South End Green, just down from the Heath. Like all of the half-dozen Daunt bookshops, it’s a treat for browsers, with a creative selection of books front of store, and most of the core stock arranged by country to encompass fiction, non-fiction, travel books and guides. This branch also has a good and very popular children’s section.
