Harrods has more than 300 separate departments but the Food Hall is by far the most famous – and the best, with dozens of different places to eat, from champagne and oyster bars to coffee and pastry stalls, and prices that aren't quite as eye-watering as those you'll find elsewhere in the store. In fact, working your way through the hall is one of London's most delightful ways to have lunch. Of course you can do your weekly shop here too: there are products and ingredients here you won't find elsewhere, and hey, it makes a change from the usual supermarket sweep.
