A small shop, but a veritable Aladdin’s Cave for magicians, with a huge supply of magic tricks for both amateurs and professionals. It’s a family-run business and has been operating for over 50 years. For anyone who enjoyed practical jokes as a kid, this store is a delight. For those just starting out, there are card tricks and coin tricks, and for those who take their magic more seriously there is a fantastic selection of books and DVDs, plus all the equipment you’ll ever need. Staff are happy to give advice and will even teach you basic tricks to get you started. They also run magic courses and indeed London’s only ‘Magic Convention’. Very much the home of magic in London.
