The thoughtfully renovated Victorian property has been transformed into a contemporary light-laden space, featuring a capacious open-plan living area with full-height glass sliding doors opening to a patio, and far-reaching sea views. You'll also find characterful wooden flooring, two comfy sofas, a wall-mounted TV, and a six-seater table. What else? A sleek, fully-equipped kitchen complete with an island and stools. Alongside that, the ground floor is home to a utility room and a step-free king-size bedroom with an en–suite shower.
Upstairs is the king-size master with sea vistas, a twin, and a modern family bathroom with a roll-top bath and walk-in shower. Décor-wise, the tones are neutral and soothing throughout, with pops of colour here and there on throws, cushions and curtains.
