Dolphinholme House Farm
North West England Lancashire Lancaster
- Safari Lodges
A perfect site right next to the River Wyre – ideal for picnicking and larking about in the sun.
Dolphinholme House Farm is camping for those who like their creature comforts – rustic decor and outdoor living but with comfy bedding and all mod cons thrown in. These seven spacious safari tents have raised wooden floors and proper beds with mattresses and bedding, on the edge of 35 acres of woodland, overlooking a 10-acre field. Dolphinholme House Farm is an ideal place for families. Being slap bang next to the River Wyre, means you get your own wild and stunning swimming pool – a perfect area for picnicking and larking about in the sun. There's an onsite play barn too, which excites most grown-ups, let alone kids, with bales of hay, a swing, a sandpit and giant slide and much more. It's also a working dairy farm, with goats, and if you're lucky you might catch a glimpse of the elusive roe deer in front of your tent. Offsite, take your pick from the Lake District, Blackpool's fairs and the Yorkshire Dales – all just a day trip away.
