This high-class B&B is situated in a Georgian house just across the road from the cathedral and true to its name the front two rooms have a view of the spire, while the two rear rooms look onto the garden. Décor is a subtle update of the traditional 1795 townhouse, with a mix of modern statement-wallpaper and the occasional faux antique, while the helpful owners ensure a relaxed and friendly mood. All rooms are en suite and equipt with tvs and wifi throughout. Its simple yet classy and in such a convenient place is difficult to match. Be aware, however, that with just four rooms this place fills up very quickly, so be sure to book well in advance.
