Completely restored and opened in the summer of 2020, the Eastbury & Spa's very own self-catering cottage is a cosy home-from-home for groups of up to six people, or those who just prefer to self-cater while still enjoying all the benefits of a first-class spa property on their doorstep.
Either way, it's a lovely place to stay, really cosy, with lots of pictures, antiques and curios, a comfy sitting room with an Inglenook fireplace and wood-burning stove, a separate dining room and a spacious, superbly equipped kitchen. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms, each of which has its own en-suite bathroom, plus an outside bunkhouse for kids (summer only). It's dog friendly too, and and has a lovely mature garden and outside terrace for early evening drinks and food when the weather is kind; it's even got a private hot tub for really self-indulgent nights under the stars.
With all the spa facilities on your doorstep – sauna, steam room, hydrotherapy tub, outdoor Jacuzzi, mini gym and lots of treatments – not to mention the superb position in the centre of Sherborne, it would be hard to find a better self-catering option in this part of Dorset.
