With its huge dining table (seats 24) and interlinked Kitchen, Snug and Sunroom this house is made for big celebration feasts. If the weather is clear take in a beautiful sunset in the all glass sunroom and if its not, light the woodburner in the snug and curl up with a book and relax in the warm while you watch the weather roll through the valley.

Light and airy, with lots of space to spread out; enjoy a big lunch downstairs in the Kitchen/Diner, and in the evening, take a seat in the gabled Granary sitting room, switch on the HD projector and cinema screen and get ready for movie night. We are also delighted to have commissioned a huge piece of artwork of Tregulland for the Barn stairwell from designer Laura Oakes.

Overlooking the valley, tucked in next to the barn, the Tregulland outdoor play area consists of a giant slide, a mini climbing wall, swings, whisper pipe, balance trunks, stepping stones, balance planks, a Cornish pirate boat, toddler castle and digger track bumps.
Tregulland has 16 acre grounds for the private use of guests.
As well as a terrace and courtyard Tregulland has landscaped lawns with plenty of outdoor eating and seating areas dotted about the properties from which you can enjoy the view. We overlook our own 16 acres of sloping fields leading down to a small wood, stream and Tregulland's well stocked and stunningly beautiful one acre lake. The wood features a variety of indigenous tree species including Silver birch, Wild cherry, Crab-apple, Hawthorn, Blackthorn, English oak, and Rowan. While on holiday, keep your eyes peeled for kestrels, peregrins, skylarks, buzzards, badgers, moles, bats, rabbits, and many more....The grass in the field is kept in trim by the local farmer's sheep, so please make sure you always leave the gates closed.

Tregulland is perfectly located for holidays in North Cornwall, an easy 15-minute drive from the coast and close to Bodmin Moor. Leave the M5 at junction 31, and travel on the A30 toward Bodmin/Okehampton for 44 miles; exit the A30 at Kennards House junction and take the A395 exit toward Wadebridge on the A39 (6 miles). Turn left at the turnoff to Tregulland and continue for 1 mile, then take a sharp right into Tregulland Cottage and Barns.
