It's an evocative and extremely appealing base for exploring a fascinating part of Norfolk – and is dog-friendly too!

There's a bright and inviting sitting room with three large sofas that makes a wonderful space to spend evenings around the warmth of the woodburning stove. The house also has a modern kitchen/diner with a contemporary dining table and a large range electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, washing machine and dishwasher. The property's three bedrooms include a spacious master bedroom with a super-king-size bed and en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms, one of which has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the property's large enclosed garden, plus there's a family bathroom and downstairs shower room.

Finally the Norfolk location is lovely: very rural in feel, in the heart of the Norfolk Brecks, just a few miles east of the small town of Downham Market, and a little further from the historic port of King's Lynn to the north – both of which are well worth a visit.  You're also  not far from the historic village of Oxborough, with its moated manor house, and any number of gorgeous country walks in the immediate vicinity and within the confines of Thetford Forest just a few miles south.
