Glasgow is famous for its superb Indian restaurants and they don’t come any better than Mister Singh’s India, a family-run business that involves three generations. At the head today is well kent Glasgow business face and philanthropist Satty Singh. Not content just to cover all the usual curry bases, Satty has created an inventive fusion menu that blends in some serious Scottish influences. Star of the show is the mouth-wateringly good haggis pakora – seriously! There is haggis mince and tatties curry, and haggis pops up in a number of other dishes too. They even have cooking classes so you can learn to make your very own Indian haggis dishes. The décor is bright and modern, as are the staff, with the kilts a kitsch touch that really works with the cooking.
