Edin's Patisserie Bar & Kitchen

The new venture of Nottingham’s best chef, Edin Gondzic, this newly opened excellent deli–cum–café occupies an old jewellers, whose   vintage display cabinets and assorted paraphernalia have been left untouched to add a real boho atmosphere to what is reckoned to be one of Nottingham’s best cafés. It serves the freshest of salads and good coffee, but the pies are a particular highlight – steak-and-ale or chicken in crunchy pastry, all manufactured by a small English supplier way down in Devon. The cakes and tarts are mouthwatering too. Take away, eat in or eat out on a couple of pavement- terrace tables and watch the crowds mill and spill around,
