Locals are really fond of this homely café-restaurant, a couple of steps from the Minster. It has a laidback feel and a fun, musical theme – the walls are covered in sheet music, there are musical instruments strewn about and you’ll no doubt sip your latte to a melodic jazz soundtrack. It's café by day, bistro by night – so, breakfasts, salads, platters and deli sandwiches give way to things like seabass, steak, frittata and bangers and mash. They also know their coffee, make great cakes and a fine bowl of soup, so you're pretty much catered for whatever you want.
