With a removable fly sheet, it offers you and your partner the chance to connect with nature and with each other. It's a memorable way to spend a few nights, up in the trees, away from it all, in your own space to enjoy the sights and sounds of this fantastic natural environment.

Bring all your normal camping equipment, but leave your tent at home.

The campsite has clean composting toilets, a shower and three drinking water points. Vehicles are not allowed on to the camping field which enhances the relaxed feel and safety of the site.

Wardley Hill Campsite is an ecological campsite in the Waveney Valley. Wild flowers and grass are left to grow to encourage butterflies and bees. The long grass surrounds lush mown unregimented camping spots for you to choose, some secluded and others big enough to fit several families.

ur six-acre site has some woodland, a small stream and three seasonal ponds which can be safely explored during the summer. Our car free camping field is exclusively for tents while small campervans are also welcome to stay with us in their own area. For those of you looking for a Norfolk glamping experience we have a stunning Lotus Bell Stargazer tent, a huge Family Emperor Bell Tent, a locally crafted Shepherds hut, Hammock Hut and even a Tentsile Connect tent suspended in the trees.

Site Facilities

Huts made from reclaimed timber house 3 composting loos and there is a waterless urinal. There is a shower and 3 drinking water points (1 with a stand up sink). Recycling bins. Campfires permitted but must be raised off the grass (limited number of fire-pits available to borrow). Lotus Belle Tents come with their own fire-pit, BBQ, gas cooker, bed linen, glasses, tea & coffee. The shepherd's hut contains a pair of double beds (one of which slides away to save space), a cast iron wood burning stove and kettle, electricity, lighting and exclusive use of a separate composting toilet with a stable door and view of the neighbouring field. Around the site itself there are 3 ponds which turn into pits at the end of summer surrounded by trees which can be explored. A wooded area is accessed over a small stream where you’ll find a pétanque pitch and a communal fire area. The campsite can also accommodate up to 2 horses with their own paddocks. Very slight road noise from the A143.
