First the rooms, Bramble and Bayberry, which have been updated with great taste and a flair for design, with contemporary features blending well with the historic character of the building. Bayberry is the slightly larger of the two, but both have the same level of facilities – a king-size bed, Smart TVs and Roberts DAB radios, good wifi, tea, coffee and biscuits, and spacious ensuite bathrooms with rainfall showers and free-standing baths, robes and toiletries. You receive a breakfast hamper on the first morning that gives you everything you need for your stay, including cereals, bread, butter and jam, teabags and coffee, fresh milk, and mineral water, and each room has a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, boiling water tap, toaster and crockery and cutlery. All very private and perfect if you're after a secluded break.
There's plenty to do, too. You could just spend your time lazily strolling around the grounds, or practising your shots on their private driving range and a putting green (keen golfers might want to pack their clubs). There are also plenty of walking opportunities in the area, including the start of the Nene Way long-distance path in the nearby village of Badby. If you're hooked on country house life, you could also consider a visit to Althorpe, the family seat of the Spensers, which is a short drive away – as are the superb 18th-century gardens of Stowe. Georgie is also planning to offer floristry classes and workshops, using flowers from the gardens, and you're only 10 minutes' drive from Silverstone, making Flore House the ultimate base for attending a Grand Prix or another race meeting. The English countryside really is stunning in Northamptonshire, guests can enjoy the beautiful walks around the area on the historic network of canals and the start of the Nene Way walking path is near. There are a number of National Trust properties close by to visit such as Stowe and Canons Ashby. But if your looking for something a bit faster pace why not visit Silverstone race track which is only a 10 minute drive away.Food & Drink
The Fox and Hounds at Harlestone, The Cromwell Cottage at Kislingbury and The Hopping Hare are all great local country pubs serving delicious food. The Narrowboat at Weedon is also a great stop off during a walk for a drink, where you can sit in the garden on a summers day and overlook the canal.Open

Flore House has two large self contained rooms each with sink into me soft king size beds and spacious en suite bathrooms with cosy robes and luxury toiletries. The rooms have recently been refurbished to a high standard and each have fully equipped kitchenettes and bespoke furniture. Flore House is just outside the village of Flore, Northamptonshire and less than 5 minutes from junction 16 of the M1. Exit the motorway and continue along the main road to Flore; go through the village and take a left onto The Avenue – Flore House is on the first left hand bend.
