Adam’s is no ordinary chippie: its fish and chips won awards even when they were served as takeaway only on just Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Now that Adam has upgraded to a new timber hut behind the beach, things have only got better. Not only can you tuck in five nights a week (reduced to two of three nights out of summer holidays) to fish hand-caught by Adam and local fishermen, with chips made from island-grown potatoes, but you can also choose to dine in comfort in the contemporary restaurant or outside on the decking. Or of course you can still just get it wrapped and eat it out of the paper just footsteps away on the beach.
