Yorkshire Chorizo, like Spanish & Portuguese chorizo, is made from the finest Spanish paprika, which gives the chorizo its authentic smoky taste. The British twist is the meat, as the chorizo is made from only the best cuts of British RSPCA Freedom Food Pork. It's cured right in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, and then sold at the Dales' famous Town End Farm Shop, where you can pop in and sample the chorizo for yourself.
