A beautiful, fully accessible barn conversion, the Old Piggery is based on a working farm in a lovely part of North Devon, just outside Barnstaple and not far from the fringes of the Exmoor National Park. It's a characterful old place, and in the midst of beautiful countryside, but comes with all the amenities you might need, and is especially suitable for guests with limited mobility, as one of the bedrooms is on the ground floor of the property, in particular the bathroom, has been adapted with accessibility in mind.
The cottage has three double bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 6 people. The accessible ground floor bedroom has a king-size bed and a specially adapted en-suite bathroom, while there are also two bedrooms on the first floor, one a double (with king-size bed), the other a twin, along with a family bathroom. Downstairs, there's a well-equipped kitchen and a sitting room with a wood-burner, TV and patio doors leading out to a small garden with outdoor furniture. It's all sleek and contemporary and very comfortable, with lots of nearby walks and both Exmoor and the glorious North Devon coast within easy reach.
