Staying Cool at the Rotunda

We say

With no signage indicating that the Rotunda is home to a hotel, Staying Cool may just be one of the city's best-kept secrets. It's also unjustly named: Staying Very Cool at the Rotunda would be a more apt moniker as the rooms here feel like rock stars’ apartments. The Rotunda's circular shape lends these idiosyncratic 4- and 5-star apartments a 'cheese wedge' design, while the floor to ceiling windows allow for great panoramic views. The white bespoke furniture helps ensure the space is refreshingly light and airy, even in the smaller studio rooms. And you're spoilt for choice when it comes to the high-end amenities: Poggenpohl kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer, Gaggia espresso maker, Apple entertainment system with iTunes... the list goes on. Go on, indulge your inner rock star and check in.

A haven of peace in the City ★★★★★

Staying Cool at the Rotunda does exactly what it says in the title. On the 20th floor with floor to ceiling glass doors in the lounge and both bedrooms the penthouse views are awesome. It's a fantastic experience to see the City change from day to night while still having the peace of your own private and luxurious sanctuary. This apartment - hotel has everything you need for a fabulous stay and just a short lift ride away all the shops and restaurants of the Bullring. It's in walking distance of New Street station and just a 10 minute train journey to the LG arena and NEC centre, great for watching a band then living the highlife. The staff are friendly and helpful, the apartment has everything you would ever need to eat in or just chill out but the views have to be seen to be believed. I loved the Rotunda and can't wait for an oppurtunity to stay again.
