By universal consent, Ben’s do the best cookies in Bath – so good that the locals consider them their own unique institution (don’t let on that there are a dozen other Ben’s across Britain – and half a dozen in Saudi Arabia). Still, a stop here is a treat. The cookies are sold by weight. And there’s excellent coffee to wash them down.
