Pseudo American diners can be a hit or miss affair at best, but the Alley Cat really hits the spot, serving mouthwatering and authentic hot dogs, homemade burgers of epic proportions and southern fried chicken dishes. Latest creation - the 'Piginator', complete with double beef patties, double American cheese, double pulled pork,, double bacon, er, pretty much double everything! If you think you'll have room, then add in some mac n'cheese, corn on the cob and a portion of Texas chilli fries.  Alternatively, you can skip the food and head straight for the teapot cocktails  – perfect for sharing with a pal or two.  If you've settled down for the night then you'll find live music on Thursday and Sunday evenings, with resident DJs on Fridays and Saturday nights.
