Some say that the Cotswolds is Chelsea-in-the-country – and places like Daylesford Organic reinforce that view. Here, everything is beautiful and desirable. Food is harvested fresh from the farm each morning and makes it straight into the shop or café. Produce that's not grown here is carefully vetted and only the best artisan suppliers are used. As well as the organic shop, the café is a favourite among the tweed-clad Cotswold classes, and courses are offered in cookery and all manner of rural and farming skills. If that doesn't float your boat, check out the spa and yoga classes. Who says the countryside is all hearty rough-and-ready rugged types? Cath Kidston wellies strongly recommended.
