Great food, great service, warm smiles - this place is perfection on a plate. As with many Cotswolds country pubs, the Fox offers bed and breakfast as well as meals and typical pub fare. You can rest assured that here the food will be cooked just-so, and even though the staff might seem a tad young, they're professional and completely spot-on. The Fox prides itself on using fresh and local ingredients, but that doesn't mean there isn't a good helping of seafood, and other deliciously exotic, decidedly non-Cotswolds offerings on the menu (olives, scallops, crab, feta, etc). Parking isn't always straightforward, particularly during busy times, and you'd do well to book just in case. But if you happen across the Fox don't walk on by, or your tastebuds will be sorely disappointed.
