A beautifully appointed self-catering cottage in a lovely Devon seaside location.

We say
From the moment you step inside, you'll notice something unique about this whitewashed, 19th-century fisherman's cottage. Perhaps it's because it's been lovingly restored to an impeccable finish, including an original feature fireplace, wide wooden floor boards and characterful low-beamed ceilings? Or maybe it's because it's been tastefully decorated in an array of soothing pastel shades, tranquil sea hues and natural fabrics? Whatever it is, it certainly oozes comfort and serenity.
The cottage sleeps four people with room for more, and comes with pretty much everything you'd need for a beach holiday, including fresh, fluffy white towels and crisp, cotton bed sheets. Being slap-bang by the sea, in the stunning village of East Prawle, Devon's most southerly town, means you get to enjoy sea views from your windows. The South West Coast Path is on your doorstep, meaning it's a great cottage for walkers and walking holidays, while there are pretty pubs and village shops for your neighbours. All you'll have to worry about is how to leave.
They say
A perfect self-catering cottage equipped to meet the demands of even the fussiest of lodgers. The cottage sleeps four people, but we will happily add an extra camp-bed or cot if required for extra children. The lounge includes a log burner, comfy seating, a 26inch HD TV, DVD player, CD player with MP3 connection and a collection of board games. The kitchen comes with plenty of cupboard space, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, electric cooker and a comprehensive range of cooking equipment, herbs and spices. There's a separate dining room, 2 bedrooms – one with French doors leading onto a balcony with sea views. The bathroom has a small bath and an electric shower. You've also got a west-facing garden and patio area, which also comes with a BBQ, wooden table and chairs.
