Tate St Ives

Porthmeor Beach St Ives TR26 1TG 01736 796 226

We say

Even if you’re not a fan of modern art, come and stand in the entrance of the Tate St Ives and see if you can hear the waves on the doorstep echo in the entrance to this magnificent building. And whether or not you venture inside to see the international modern and contemporary art exhibitions (often associated with Cornwall and the coastal environment), do make sure you take a trip to the café on the top floor. Not only will you be served delectable Cornish produce but you’ll also feast your eyes on a stunning vista of the surf and surrounding coastline.
