Budding seafood chefs will be in their element at Stein’s acclaimed Seafood School. Overlooking the quay where much of the seafood is hauled in, here you will learn the art of filleting, stir-frying and serving the finest seafood and shellfish dishes, under the tutelage of seafood virtuosos. A range of courses – usually between one and four days – cover a variety of cuisines, such as Far Eastern, Mediterranean, Italian and French. Happily, tasting – and sipping some fine wines – is all part of the learning process. Baking and children's cookery are available too. On certain courses, you'll be awarded with your own certificate, recipe folder, Padstow Seafood School apron and a signed copy of Rick Stein's Fish and Shellfish.
