Discovery Quay Falmouth TR11 3QY 01326 313 388
Experience oceanic adventures and take a dip in the maritime scene while keeping your feet firmly on dry land. Search & Rescue is the theme of this year's main exhibition, where you can climb onboard a navy helicopter, step into a lifeboat and meet the heroes of our seas. Interactive exhibits for the whole family include model sailing boats, a navigation station and an underwater gallery. As well as family activities from boat-making to pirate school, a brand new children's gallery with a gigantic magnetic wall puzzle makes the National Maritime Museum a hit with kids of all ages.
