One of a group of luxury self-catering holiday cottages in East Runton owned by Nick and Barbara Davies, Stable Cottage – like its sibling Incleborough House – leaves nothing to chance. It's all pretty gorgeous, with three beautifully furnished bedrooms, two bathrooms and a plush living space. The large lounge and crisp, modern kitchen are of the same standard, and there are music docking stations and wifi throughout the building.
A private flint-walled garden, as elegant as the house, boasts a bubbling hot tub sheltered beneath a wooden awning, while across the small lawn a gas barbecue and outdoor dining area complete the scene. Factor in the location and this is a real winner – poised between Sherringham and Cromer, and a stone's throw from the main coastal road, Stable Cottage has both a quiet coastal setting and speedy access to the rest of the charming North Norfolk coast.
