Kipps is one of the best budget alternatives in Brighton – a city centre hostel in a great location close to the seafront and Royal Pavilion. All of their rooms are nicely furnished and are excellent value, and the hostel is well-run and friendly, offering multi-bedded mixed dorms, triples, twins and doubles with both shared bathrooms and en-suite facilities. We are situated in central Brighton opposite The Royal Pavillion. Kipps is the only accommodation in Brighton with views of The Royal Pavillion.
We are central to all of Brighton’s attractions, including the pier, beach, lanes and shopping area. The theaters/music/bars and cafes are walking distance too. Brighton’s gay district is also a few minutes away.

Getting There

The hostel is  about 10 minutes' walk walk from the train station – out of the Station and straight ahead along Queens Road; at Church Street turn left, and walk down until you see the blue Kipps Brighton sign at the end of the street. It's also just  5 minutes' walk from the Bus Station – out of the bus station walk north (away from the sea) along Old Steine to the far end of the Royal Pavillion and Kipps Brighton is opposite on the right.
