A traditional B&B in a spacious Victorian home, albeit one without the chintz décor, nor the strict landlady. Instead, the decor is all modern floral fabrics and contemporary country style while the latter, owner Suzanne Coppen, is as generous a hostess as you could ask for. Two rooms are in the house, while a third offers more privacy in a modern garden extension. All are individually decorated, en-suite and there is free wifi throughout. The breakfast menu is also a real winner (and there are quite a few options): Full English or vegetarian cooked breakfasts use local produce, such as sausages from the local butcher and free range eggs, while other options include homemade marmalades and preserves.
