This atmospheric small, family-run, independent restaurant, in the pretty historic waterfront town of North Queensferry, is just a short drive from Edinburgh. But the only things wee about it are the name and the size. Everything else delivers, big-time. Craig and Vikki Wood are the delightful couple behind the place, and they have totally reinvented this charming old building in Gordon Brown’s home town, gathering a loyal following for their affordably priced menu, in which the emphasis is on local produce, thoughtfully sourced, not just namechecked.
