It fills you in on everything you could ever want to know about Scotland’s birdlife, with live camera footage from nearby Bass Rock amongst the myriad attractions. There are plenty of bits and bobs for kids to play with as well as a soft play area, and the best way to end a visit is at their cafe with its sweeping sea views. Sitting here with Bass Rock blinking back and birds swirling all around, nearby Edinburgh seems a million miles away.
