Teppanyaki in the UK can be a disappointing experience, but not at this lively Merchant City eatery. This is the real deal, with skilled chefs preparing the dishes in an explosion of flame and colour on hot plates right in front of your eyes at your table. We are not talking cheap cuts either, with both Kobe beef and lobster on the menu. The eclectic menu also offers fresh sushi and sashimi and a range of main course alternatives for those not wanting to go down the Teppanyaki route. It's a flexible dining experience that works for everyone, from families early on through to more raucous hen and stag parties later on as the atmosphere warms up with the hot plates. Decently priced wines and excellent Japanese beers too.
