Crowd-pleaser musical turns – vintage rockers, tribute acts, musical medleys and orchestral evenings – are interspersed with the occasional comedy name on a national tour in the largest venue in town. Its a real mix but a good mix and often provides something different and new to do in a city with a focus on its rich history and heritage. There's something for all age groups here and despite being the largest venue in town it is still not massive, with big names selling out well in advance, so for the top acts make sure you book well in advance.
