All sorts of organic bread; sour dough, rye and wholemeal plus fruit buns, croissant, cakes and delicious pastries.
This fabulous bakery's been producing bread for 25 years; Karl Badger was a mere underling then, now he's the head honcho. Together with two co-workers he produces great bread and pastries for his Hebden Bridge shop (and another in nearby Todmorden) as well as a fairly gruelling wholesale round which takes him all over Yorkshire and into parts of Lancashire. The Dove organic flour they use comes from Somerset, and Suma Wholefoods in Halifax supply dried fruit, nuts and butter.
