The very model of a classic Victorian pub, the Crown Posada is a beautifully authentic specimen of stained glass, mahogany panelling and moulded plaster ceilings. With more than a touch of the Dublin bar about it – long, narrow and often crammed full – it's a traditional stop on the crawl down to the nearby Quayside. It's good on local ales, while that thing there on the bar young 'uns is an honest-to-goodness vintage record-player that gets to spin a disc or two.
