The Priory Hotel’s light-filled restaurant benefitted from a refurb in 2009. It has also gained from the ideas and skills of young Michelin-starred chef Sam Moody, whose Modern European menu is mostly sourced locally, including herbs, vegetables and fruit from the hotel’s own kitchen garden. Lunchtime offers can be great value.
