Incleborough House

Lower Common East Runton Cromer Norfolk NR27 9PG 01263 822 478

We say

If you're looking for a large, luxurious house to rent on the North Norfolk Coast, then look no further – Incleborough House is the place, a sumptuous Georgian property that's one of three beautiful houses owned by Nick and Barbara Davies – the others are The Brambles and Stable Cottage.

Located in the small village of East Runton, between Cromer and Sherringham, this wonderful home is a stone's throw from a long sandy strip of beach. Incleborough House won an Eastern Daily Press tourism award in 2012, and no wonder, with seven spacious, tastefully furnished bedrooms and four state-of-the-art en-suite bathrooms – one of which even has a handily placed TV opposite the tub. Outside there's a private walled garden, complete with bubbling hot tub, while downstairs a well-appointed kitchen boasts an Aga, massive satellite TV, DVD player and docking stations, playstations, ping pong and pool tables, and wifi throughout.

You're also just around the corner from the main coastal road, so there's no excuse for not heading out to explore the rest of the North Norfolk Coast.
