The rarefied atmosphere of Notting Hill is made flesh in this toney café which also happens to sell designer clothes by Nicole Farhi – if you dare to venture inside you'll find a nice little boutique, or you can sit outside at the café tables and watch the world go by on Westbourne Grove. There's also a garden at the back which is often busy on weekends, so arrive early if you want a spot out there. The food is surprisingly good, given its split focus, but you will pay for the privilege of joining the Notting Hill Set even for a short while.
