Take a trip north of the Westway and into a different world minutes from the chichi neighbourhoods of Westbourne Grove and Notting Hill. Nearby Westminster Academy has sponsored a new parkour park which fits right in with the gritty feel of the surroundings, and is aimed at young people from the area. If you are young and fit and feel like having a go, it's only a few quid a time.

Parkcour started off in France - originally called Art du Deplacement or free running, it was developed by David Belle and others in Lisse in the 1980s, and has recently made it to mainstream culture via films like Casino Royale.
