YHA Treyarnon

Tregonnan Treyarnon Padstow Cornwall PL28 8JR 0845 371 9664

We say

If you thought you needed deep pockets to afford bang-on-the-sea accommodation in Cornwall, think again. Sitting on the edge of a surf-lashed sandy bay, Treyarnon YHA offers budget lodgings within stone-skimming distance of the beach. Choose from doubles, family rooms and dorms, or pitch up in the sea view camping field and enjoy full use of the hostel facilities – there are both tent-only pitches and bell tents for glamping enthusiasts, which include premium options with a cosy wood-burning stove. No ordinary DIY hostel, in addition to the communal kitchen and lounge there’s an excellent café and bar with a sprawling sea view terrace where you can catch live music sessions throughout the summer. Non-residents are welcome – and whether you’re in for coffee, a sundowner or a full spread of pizzas and delicious share platters, this is the perfect place to end a day at the beach or a walk along the South West Coast Path.
