The New Inn

If you don’t meet the seamen of the Scillies at the bar in the New Inn, you’ll certainly encounter portraits of the islands’ characters hanging on the walls here. As well as a traditional timber-clad bar where you can dine on posh pub grub (the food is so good it's listed in Michelin's 'Eating Out in Pubs' guide) and catch live music sessions. Unlike many places of the Scillies, The New Inn stays open year-round and there is a conservatory-style restaurant adjoining a terrace for those balmy days.
