Station Road Cambridge CB1 2TZ 01223 304 050
Hostel-style accommodation in a former warehouse outside the train station, a mile from the centre. There’s no room to swing a suitcase in its cabin-like en-suite rooms, which are either arranged as bunkbeds or regular doubles with futon mattresses. Its not the spot for high-end comfort, but the hotel is clean and the price is certainly right. This is a spot for those getting a late train into Cambridge and looking for a pit stop or for the money-savy who want to make the most of the daytime, inevitably spent exploring the city rather than lounging in a hotel room.
