Cambridge is dotted with a few different bookshops as well as its bustling market but this is a real gem of a secondhand store. The two tiny rooms overflow with its speciality vintage children’s and illustrated books and outside you can thumb your way through those books that have spilled onto the street. Inside you’ll also find a decent stock of Cambridge memorabilia. Keep an eye out for a shadowy white lady who haunts the stairs and is said to smell of violets.
